Phase 4 – Creating CI for 2030+ Committee and Strategic Goal Recommendations

The SPSC will lead the campus community in creating an action plan to realize CI for 2030+ goals identified in Phase 3.

  1. Steering Committee Operating Plan Creation
    1. Identify at a high level what type of work/activity/engagement would the principle lead to, then determine what functional areas need to be part of those activities/engagement; based on this, formally appoint the Steering Committee (see members below). 
    2. Steering Committee per organizing principle maps activities/engagement outcomes to fulfill said principle
      1. Steering Committee Outcomes that are Mapped Back to Goals
      2. Activities/Engagement Feedback, Incorporation, & Final for Each Principle
