Dear 91ÊÓƵ Student:
As a new academic year begins, take this opportunity to look at the enclosed fall 2008 schedule of classes with a sense of self-discovery, adventure, and enthusiasm. The faculty have developed and selected courses that will challenge your knowledge and educational desires.
We invite you to explore the new John Spoor Broome Library that is the intersection of tradition and innovation, the physical and the intellectual, print and electronic, learning and teaching. It is both a stunning architectural gathering place and a ‘cyberspace’ where students and faculty can relate imagination to knowledge, and where classic texts and electronic resources reside in harmony.
Campus infrastructure projects continue to proceed on schedule as we work to find ways to improve the campus and provide you with the best educational experience possible. As these construction projects progress, we ask for your patience as temporary inconvenience equals permanent improvement.
Enjoy the fall semester here at 91ÊÓƵ – and I wish you much success.
Sincerely yours,
Richard R. Rush
President
