Policies
Policies drafted and passed by CI Staff Council are labeled using a combination of the two-letter code SC for Staff Council, followed by a two digit year number to indicate the calendar year in which the policy was approved, and concluding with a three digit number representing the policy's sequential position related to other policies passed by Staff Council, beginning with 001.
For example, SC 25-004 would represent the fourth policy passed by CI Staff Council in the calendar year 2025.

Resolutions
Resolutions drafted and passed by CI Staff Council are labeled using a combination of the three-letter code SCR for Staff Council Resolution, a two digit number representing the calendar year in which the resolution was adopted, and the sequential number representing the resolution's position relative to other resolutions passed by Staff Council.
For example, SCR 24-12 would represent the twelfth resolution passed by CI Staff Council in the year 2024.
