Cancellation request from License Agreement
The cancellation request form can be found via the Housing Portal under "Cancel Application". Please be advised of the cancellation provisions in the License Agreement. According to the date this request is initiated, cancellation penalties will apply according to the date your request is received as outlined in the terms and conditions of the License Agreement (Sections 7 & 8).
